Almond Sauce
Serving 6


  • 1 1/2 cups of Plum marmalade
  • 1/2 cup of tomato ketchup
  • 3/4 cup of Pineapple juice
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 cup of sliced almonds
  • 3 table spoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of mashed garlic
  • pinch of ginger
  • 1 ounce of sherry.

1. Place ingredients in sauce-pan heat to boil, lower fire let it simmer.

2. Heat oil to low temperature, add garlic, do not brown, mix with all the ingredients.

3. Dilute flower in one cup of water, pore in the sauce, stirring (no lump please) bring it to a low boil.

4. Add almonds, sherry and serve.
