Why I’m Doing the Muscle Food Unthinkable Plan
For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with my weight. I’m now 37 years old and I’m fed up of feeling so miserable about it. I’ve spent most of my teenage years and ALL of my adult life wishing I was thinner and healthier. But, no matter what diet I’ve tried, the weight has never stayed off. That’s why I’ve finally taken the plunge and dived head first into the Muscle Food Unthinkable plan.
Although I’m not enormous to look at and I carry my extra weight fairly well, I am classed as obese. I definitely need to sort myself out! I can never just put something on and feel as though I look good. I rarely buy new clothes because of how low it makes me feel. I’d love to go clothes shopping and just pick something up knowing that it will fit and look ok. But at the moment, that’s just not going to happen.
At 5ft 6, my ideal weight is between 8 stone 3lb and 11 stone 2lb. I currently weigh 14 stone 5lb. So I need to crack on and lose some weight!
My first goal is to get myself out of that obese category. Whenever I’ve tried to lose weight in the past, I’ve ploughed straight into the longterm goal and given up because it feels so unachievable! So, I’m breaking it down a little more this time.
Goal weight number 1 – 13 stone 4lb. Reaching this weight would take me out of the obese category and into the overweight. So that’s 1 stone 1lb that I need to lose. Easy, right?!
Unfortunately for me, it just isn’t easy! No matter what I try, I never seem to drop below 14 stone and it’s heartbreaking!
Muscle Food Unthinkable Plan
So, I’ve finally taken the plunge and opted in to the Muscle Food Unthinkable plan.
With the plan, you can choose your end goal, which for me is weight loss. But they have plans for toning up too.
You choose either a 5, 6 or 7 day plan. I’ve opted for the full 7 days to try to kick start my weight loss. I’m really hoping it works!
When you make your choice, Muscle Food will add the right number of products to your basket. You can then click through and make whatever changes you need to. I changed some of the meals because I didn’t fancy what they’d added.
You also get an exercise plan too both available to stream or to watch on the DVD they send. I’ll be honest and say that this is where I think I’m going to struggle. With work and the kids I just don’t find the time! But, I’m going to do my best to follow it at least in some part.
So, I’ll keep you posted, but hopefully this is the first step on my journey to a healthy weight!
